You can now find all the videos I've made to date on my YouTube channel!
4 AUDIO Offerings
1. For LGBT Types
Here's the first MP3 launching my Queer Coaching Podcast Project. My guest, Hannah, looks for coaching here on the topic of new love in polyamorous circumstances.
2/3. Inquiry-based coaching
Thanks to Michael Hsu of Heal from the Ground Up, I got to be a featured coach in his library of podcasts, though his project took a different direction that now highlights his own coaching work. My contributions follow.
Reaching for Problems When There Isn't One
This one includes guidance in minding the pain body and tending the mind, work I generally end up doing with most clients.
They Should Believe as I Believe
This one focuses on clearing judgments of self and others. Both are important. I find we get stuck in anything that feels bad, including our judgments of others, as long as we judge ourselves.
4. Healing from a Breakup
This is a program on my pet topic of Get Over Her! (gender pronoun swappable), from Barb Elgin's Lesbian Love Talk program in May of 2013. Support for people going through or still not over a breakup.

Little nuggets of the themes I work with and write about go out on Facebook most every day. Come like my page so these messages will show up on your newsfeed to inspire, remind, and bolster you. Sample post:
When you don't know how to proceed, please remind yourself that you don't need to know how. Do you see one thing to do to get information or support, try something, schedule something, read something, sit down with someone? Just do that one thing. Any step you take toward a vision will get you there. Even if you're pointing the wrong way, you're good: life will redirect you. Never get tripped up on how. You've never known how to do any of the things you're doing now. So stay tuned for the next revelation, and move. (When you need to just rest, then rest. But do it knowing you'll be refreshed and ready to go again soon, not fearing you'll still be stuck.)
Diamonds and Trust Nuggets
I send out a mailing most every month (see sign-up form below, below—look left) that includes an article about the topics that recur in my work with clients and inform my life. I've recently taken links to many writings off this page because I'm incorporating them into a book manuscript. Several remain below. If you've ever been a client or attended one of my workshops, and you'd like to see a piece of writing that you think used to be here, please contact me and I'll get that to you.
