I do deep transformational work with people
who answer yes to these questions:

Do you want to be happier and more consistently happy than you are?

Are you still sometimes unkind to yourself in ways you wouldn't dream of treating others?

Is there some issue you've worked on that you somehow can't seem to clear--and would still like to?

Do certain people or situations bring out some part of you that doesn't respond from your own loving belief system?

Are you still a victim in any way? That is, do you ever think any person or circumstance can keep you from creating your own well-being and happiness right now?

Are you willing to spend time cultivating a new mindset and sustainable self-talk?

Would you like to cultivate deep self-trust so that you solidly get behind your own capacity for true and lasting change?

Do you want to live on purpose?

Do you need more clarity about what you're up to and more consistency in making sure your thoughts, language, choices, and actions line up with your intentions?

Would you like to connect more deeply and consistently with guidance?

Would you like your stance toward the Universe, yourself, and other people to be more consistently trusting?

Are you willing at least to experiment with seeing the Universe as constantly conspiring in your favor?

If you'd like to further explore whether this is a good fit for you, contact me for a free 30-minute exploration session.

What population do I serve?

I love that my clients range from their twenties to their seventies. I have a high percentage of female clients, with wonderful diversity in factors like nationality, color, sexual preference, and concerns that bring them to coaching. Most have had some sort of therapy or been involved in personal or spiritual growth processes; thus, a level of self-awareness and a willingness to look at themselves are already in place.

My clients have various belief systems. My job is never to tell anyone what to believe; I do support people to live with integrity and in alignment with their consciously chosen beliefs.

Whatever their age, my clients have reached a sense of sometimes urgent readiness; that is, there’s something they’re not getting to that they want to get to now—no more waiting to see if . . . Sometimes my clients are suffering and tired of suffering. I love to sit with them while they meet their pain and question their painful thoughts. I advocate excellent self-care and kindness to the self.

Sometimes people come to me with a very clear intention, and sometimes our work together brings them to that clarity. In any case, I guide them to start with the clearest vision they’ve got and to align their thoughts, language, actions, and choices with that vision; and we question any thoughts in their way of creating what they want.
