Here's what some participants have offered following the July 7-9, 2017 retreat for women on Everyday Magic, held at Light on the Hill in upstate New York.
I have been to 4 of Jaya's retreats—that speaks for itself. Not many people lead retreats with both the heart and mind fully engaged; Jaya is one of the few I know who does. I have left all of her retreats feeling enriched, deepened, and connected, both with other participants and with parts of myself that were ready to grow—and that did so in the months afterward.
— Cora Ellen L This retreat was just what I needed at this moment in my life. New friends! Answers to my quest! Renewed energy for finding magic everywhere I look. Ahhhh! As I told you when I said goodbye, the word that sums it up for me is BEYOND. (In a wonderful way!) — Wendy N I am so grateful to be opened up to the flow, serendipity, and synchronicity once again! I'd lost it a bit in recent months. — Barb Klein www.inspiredpossibility.com You put so much thought into every detail of the weekend. I loved the OPTIONS you present: doing large-group work; one-on-one; individual; being outside/being inside. I can't even imagine the hours of planning. And then ... your ability (and willingness) to be flexible and make adjustments. I observed you, I marveled at you! — Zee Zahava The exercises were all meaningful and I like the comfortable, low-key approach, especially the options to participate or not. The Quest was meaningful, but what I liked the most was the four or five hours of silence; that was important for me. There was a lot of energy going on and the quiet allowed us to sit in our own space and sift through emotions. I felt very balanced, grounded. — Sharon F [Note that the time of silence does not involve actual sitting but being on an adventure that's as mobile as each participant wishes to make it! — Jaya] WOW! Just loving the dream I had last night in which a really wonderful guide showed up—never had that happen so clearly before. I call her Green Woman; her message, that all life is both sacred and interwoven. And she totally is related to all that I was steeped in over this past weekend with all of you wonderful women, and with the gorgeous gift of nature all around us. — Inspired participant |
