We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Company (for example, PayPal). In general, the vendors and third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for the Company. For example, when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using such personal information for that specific purpose, including by transmitting such information to our vendors (and their service providers) performing these services for the Company.

XII. PLAIN ENGLISH (Please excuse the change in this section from I to we. In this part, I and we are interchangeable.) Mailchimp is my mailing program. They track opens and clicks. If I wanted to, I could keep track of who opens my emails. I don't have the time, energy, or inclination to do any such thing in any substantial or memorable way. Sometimes I look to see who's opening a particular mailing, usually shortly after I send it out. I seldom remember the names I read, just feel joy when I see them. I especially look at numbers—what percentage of opens I got on a given mailing from a given list.
When people download offerings from my website and give me an email address in exchange for said offerings, I add them to the above mailing program and include them in my mailings, which are intended to keep me in contact with self-selected people I can best serve, offer them support and content of value to their personal evolution, and let them know about my programs to invite them to participate. I also add people to that list when they purchase a service, program, or product from me. I'm invested in staying in business in order to offer this mission-driven work that is my passion, though I would find how to do it in some other way should this business close its doors. Please UNSUBSCRIBE at any time you do not wish to receive my emails, a link for which is provided at the bottom of each one. It very clearly says, "unsubscribe from this list."
On Facebook, I use pixels that allow them to track who visits my website in response to my ads so that I can retarget ads accordingly. I've done that once in the past 10 years. I hope to do it more often, but I might now. I do not personally see the names of opens. It happens invisibly by computer magic. Whatever else Facebook does that involves both of us has to do with our separate but equal agreements with Facebook.
When people pay me by PayPal, PayPal sends me the information that said people gave them, such as name and address and amount spent. I do nothing nefarious with any of this, just archive the email the information came in. Buyers are usually buying services or programs that they come to in person or attend online. I did sell my book for a time, and used the addresses given to send the book to the physical addresses of those who purchased them.
You're involved with Mailchimp and Weebly because of my relationship with them, and I accept in good faith that they are responsible to be compliant with all General Data Protection and other laws, as they claim to be. You are responsible for your relationship with such third-party merchants that connect me to you as Facebook and PayPal, and you can discontinue, modify, or ask questions about your doings with them as you see fit.
