8-WEEK CURRICULUM
#1. Lying awake: Getting behind the intention to meet consciousness. Mindset supports for this grand experiment. #2. Practical supports & practices for getting through the night. #3. Clarifying & deepening the concepts & fine-tuning the practices. Super-specific application of all we've encountered so far. Using details of your lives (voluntarily offered!) for crystal-clear application. #4. Moving through the day while sleep-deprived: mindsets & practice. #5. Beliefs that create suffering where it doesn’t need to be. A look at your dormant issues: What do you need to wake up to? #6. Integrating all the material so far. What you want to bring to the fore here (given to me both beforehand and in real-time Q-and-A) will determine the content. #7. Beyond sleeplessness and sleep deprivation: Translating these principles to a more conscious way of living in hardship and ease equally. #8. Securing your independence with new mindsets and concepts.
