If you're curious and would like a one-time experience of coaching with me, contact me for a free 30-minute exploration session. These happen by phone or Skype or in person.
I love these sessions, and continue to hold the intention that you walk away from them with the possibility of lasting change; if you perceive things differently, you can operate differently. It's up to you to hold and apply it. I keep hearing from those who take me up on these sessions that they love them too.

" I cannot even express how helpful that was. None of it sounds that complicated when I think about it but I feel like something kind of exploded in my brain, or wrenched loose."
-- Ithaca clients

"The first session with Jaya was more helpful than a year and a half of therapy."

"Jaya, you say I move forward so fearlessly after our sessions. That really is how it feels, like the way just opens up and I can freely ZOOM ahead."

Are you living your life from a solid stance of TRUST . . .
                      in yourself?

in your significant and sundry others?

                                  in life itself?

If you don't trust yourself, you cannot believe in your own capacity to create change in your life or to be truly effective in the world; at the very least, you can't create the level of change that will allow you to put away once and for all what's not working and usher in what you need in place to do what you want to do and live how you want to live. There are ways to build self-trust. I love to guide my clients through these processes and watch them treat themselves differently and step into their lives in a new way that honors their powerful creative agency.

If you don't trust the people in your life or trust the untrustworthy, you can't really be free in your relations. This will look different for different people. You may not be free to be spontaneous. You may not be free to disagree or say no. You may not be free to hold your power and meet others on equal footing. You may not be free to be loving, forgiving, generous, truthful, kind. You certainly won't be free to see the innocence in others or be honest about the fact you need to move away from some people or set very clear boundaries with them, or hold those boundaries. You may not be able to see yourself in others, recognizing the mirror--which is sometimes the funhouse mirror! I encourage clients to meet every face as the particular face of God coming before you in any given moment. Why would God show up for you this way?

If you don't trust life itself, you will be a victim. This could manifest in small or large ways, or both. I encourage my clients to experiment with living in a universe that's constantly conspiring in their favor. It's a fun, enlightening, and deeply empowering process. It's radical. It changes the lens through which people see the world, and therefore changes them and how they experience every facet of their lives.

A note on the testimonials that appear throughout my website: While all the marketing experts say that I should be posting these with names, photos, and links to the people singing my praises, my clients and I seem to think otherwise. The work I do with people is very private and addresses their deep issues and stubborn patterns. I trust that their anonymous words will ring clear and true for anyone who's meant to be one of my clients or participate in one of my programs.
